Recently, additional residential citrus trees in Riverside have been confirmed Huanglongbing (HLB) positive, bringing the total HLB tree count in Riverside County to 369 and a statewide total of 8,431 trees.
As a result of the latest detections, the existing Riverside HLB quarantine has expanded slightly in the Woodcrest area. All citrus growers with 25 or more citrus or commercial growers will be notified if your property is in the new HLB quarantine expansion area. CDFA will also contact those citrus growers to setup a new HLB Compliance Agreement.
