Agricultural Commissioner Fee Increase

Riverside County Agricultural Commissioner's office will be updating our fee schedule to reflect changes in staff assignments, negotiated labor agreements and increased employee salary and benefit rates. Rates may fluctuate due to employee position, staffing assignments, and overtime costs needed to meet industry needs.
The rates changes are reflective of a review of State mandates, program operations, inspection frequencies, service levels, and benchmarking obtained for a comprehensive understanding of how our fees compare to similar counties.
We will present the following fee adjustments to the Board August 27, 2024, for approval to be effective August 28, 2024.
