Updated Fees for FY 25/26
The Agricultural Service Fees are established by resolution of the County Board of Supervisors to recover the County Agricultural Commissioner’s costs for providing specialized regulatory and public protection services. These fees apply to specific activities that require registration, inspection, certification, licensing, or other regulatory actions authorized under the California Food and Agricultural Code. The purpose of the fee schedule is to ensure that the County recovers no more than the reasonable cost of delivering these mandated services, in compliance with state law and cost‑recovery principles.
