New Sub-Meter Intaking Procedures

Going forward all sub-meter device deliveries, made to our Weights and Measures laboratories, must be scheduled for in advance with our office staff.  Each delivery of sub-meters must also be accompanied with a completed “Sub-Meter Delivery Receipt.” Additionally, all out-of-county sub-meters must also include a completed “Out-of-County Notification Form.” Once all completed paperwork has been received by our office, a copy of the delivery receipt will be provided to you and the meters will be placed on a queue for testing and sealing.

Please contact one of our Weights and Measures laboratories for assistance and to schedule delivery or pick-up.
