**Update** Agricultural Fee Resolution
May 26, 2026
The amended resolution brings the program up to date by incorporating state regulatory changes that have taken place over the past six years. It also clarifies where the department’s program fees and overhead charges can be found on its website, making the information easier for the public to locate. In addition, the resolution updates the certificate fees for certified farmers’ markets and establishes new registration requirements, along with associated fees, for fruit and vegetable wholesalers.
We will present the updated resolution for hearing at the County Board of Supervisors' meeting on June 23, 2026,
to be implemented upon approval.
